"I’m on my first trip with my new versapack medium suitcase, and I absolutely love it. It handles very smoothly thanks to the 360 wheels. I don’t have to fight with the handle at all for the height I need. I love all of the organization pockets and the fact that it came with high quality packing cubes and a laundry bag! The clips inside that hold your luggage together are very simple to adjust and succeed at keeping everything in place. The green is a beautiful, unique color that’s easy to spot at baggage claim. I appreciate the TSA lock, as my other luggage doesn’t have this. It also has a luggage tag on the back of the suitcase in case it gets lost. Overall, the suitcase is very high quality and so far worth every penny. I’d definitely buy from TravelPro again (this was my first purchase from them). Highly recommend!"

"I thought this product was made very poorly. I thought the materials used were cheap. Though it looked nice, it fell way short of my expectations, which is why I returned it. What made matters worse was the absolutely terrible customer service I received when attempting to exchange or return the items. I will never purchase an item from TravelPro in the future."

"Love the quality of Travelpro bags. I have owned several and decided I wanted a spinner carry-on. Love the self aligning wheels. It's sturdy and light, I use a vacuum bag for the main compartment and still have room to squeeze small stuff in the gaps. I don't think I'll use the included, removable zip pouch."

Super value for money

"Lightweight, versatile. The wheels are so frictionless, you never have to struggle, even on carpet. Weightnis always an issue when trying to pack for an international trip. The compactness means that you can fill up the suitcase without going over the limit. Ymmv. Comparing this to a Platinum elite i also have, i can't find any differences in usability. I'm upgrading from a Samsonite hard sided and this suitcase feels like several steps up in every facet."

Zipper pill broken upon recite of new bag

"Zipper pill broken upon recite o ooo f brand new bag ordered from Travel-pro, sent new pull which does not fix and cannot be attached to bag. Requested new replacement bag from customer service and now being re-routed to submit new tickets. If bag were not new I wonder what customer service would be like. Asked to talk to supervisor and told that was not possible and they needed to submit ticket. Very dissappointed"

Caveat Emptor Address Reverts

"The product was shipped to my house instead of my niece's house. There is a warning to check the address, and I DID. But the address reverts when anything goes wrong with the purchase. Specifically, I caught it reverting the address after a promotion code failed. It is not nice to revert the address during a later stage of the purchase! I was thinking about buying the luggage set I got for my niece myself, but I would have liked to decide for myself rather than have the luggage foisted upon me."

Excellent Check-in Bag, Stay away from this color

"This is an excellent medium-sized roller bag that worked well for my recent trip. The quality of the construction is top-notch, both inside and outside. The wheels worked as expected, though not as well as my wife's Travelpro set. I purchased my Travelpro luggage because my wife had purchased a similar set several years ago and has enjoyed it ever since. I chose the VersaPack+ because I like the idea of using storage bags to fit most of my clothes in. They worked as intended and were made of high-quality material. The only downside is that while the color that I chose is very attractive, it stains easily and looks horrible afterward. After 1 flight, the case is embarrassingly dirty and ugly. Thankfully, there is a 100-day return guarantee. I'm going to return it and get a different color. My wife has used her TravelPro luggage for years and it looks good as new. That's what I want from my luggage. Hopefully, a different color will solve my problem."
