Travelpro® Aviation Professionals Return Policy

Travelpro® will only accept returns of luggage if:

  1. New, unused and in the original box received;
  2. the item is being returned because it is different than the item you ordered;
  3. was damaged or defective at the time it was delivered to you.

In the event you would like to make a return, please contact customer care.

Upon receiving your return, you will be refunded the price paid for the merchandise, including any applicable sales taxes minus any shipping fees. Once we receive your returned item, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed once received. As credit card companies vary on credit processing time, please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or items damaged in transit, please contact us.

Please note: if you were charged shipping fees on your original order they are non-refundable.
