FlightCrew™ Luggage Collections - 3-Year Commercial Use Warranty

This Travelpro Luggage Collection gives you total confidence and is supported by a comprehensive warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your luggage as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair your bag (or replace it if repair is not possible) at our expense. Simply contact Customer Care to locate the nearest repair facility. Then send your luggage, freight prepaid, to the repair facility along with a copy of your proof of purchase.

The Travelpro warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear or damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness caused by an airline or other common carrier.

In the course of normal handling, your luggage may suffer abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Certain component parts such as wheels, bumper feet, leather, etc., will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty. Travelpro will provide prompt refurbishment services at a nominal cost. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING
The Prop 65 warning as per the regulation changes in August 2018 that now require the safe harbor warnings to include the listing of “at least one” chemical that may be contained in the product. Please understand, that the language being used on our label is a verbatim safe-haven requirement statement from the State of California (US) that is part of their Proposition 65 (Prop 65) regulation. This statement does not allow for any softening of the warning, and it must contain at least one item that is covered under Prop 65. We use cadmium as our listed item as it is a natural by-product in Zinc production and various metal components on our bags are made with zinc. If you are not seeing this warning on other luggage products in your stores it likely just means that they are not shipping those products to California – the Prop 65 listing is so broad that virtually every manufactured consumer product in the marketplace has some component listed in the Prop 65 regulation. We have no concerns about the safety of our bags with proper use, including any concerns about cadmium. We have no expectation that the material would “rub off” in ordinary use.  You may continue to use your bag with confidence for future travel..
